How To Register As a Carer
For Carers to find ClientsThis section details how to register online, post your care qualifications and make direct contact with your first Client.

Step 1 - Register On the Website
Click the Register Here (pink button) found at the top of this website

Step 2 - Fill in your details
Fill in all your details including the your user type (Carer). You will need to agree to Private Care Dorchester Terms and Conditions here. Then press continue.

Step 3 - Email & Identity Verification
Once you have gone through to your Dashboard you will be sent an email to verify your email address. Please go to your emails and verify. You will also need to upload your verifcation documents either your national insurance number, passport or driving license.

Step 4 - Your Profile & Payout Settings
In the top right corner under your name there is a drop down menu and under settings you will need to fill in as much detail as possible. Paying particular attention to Edit My Profile, Billing Address (under Account Settings) and most importantly "Payout Settings". If you already have Stripe account enter your email address in the box provided. If not click the Create an Account link and you wil be taken through to Stripe to create an account. Important - once you have linked your stripe account you will need to go back in an check that you Stripe account is saved on the system - it should look like the below. If not simply re-enter your stripe email address and click submitt.

Step 5 - Post Care Services you offer
In the main menu and the drop down menu on the right hand side of your screen and you will see "POST A CARE SERVICE". Simply fill in the details of the Care Services you offer (one for each type of care typically this will be Hourly care, Live in care or Overnight care).
Save and Update. -
Step 6 - Your Care Contract
In the dashboard below the 4 main buttons download out standard Care Contract. You will need to fill in your own personal details on this contract. When applying for a care job, for the first time, your will need to upload your personalised Contract for the client to see.

Step 7 - Apply for a Job
You are now good to go and get your first job. You will see at the top of the page Search Jobs. Filter and find the revelent job you are interested in. And "send a proposal" with your costs for the service provision.

Step 8 - Messaging Clients & Agreeing the Care Package
Clients will then be notified of your offers and may want to discuss with your the finer details of the service provision. They will message you via this website and you will be notified via email or simply login to your Dashboard. On accepting your offer the Client will pay for the Care package online via this website.

Step 9 - On-going Care
Once the first weeks care has been delivered you will then be able to verbally agree the following week's care with your Client directly. You will need to create a Shift Invoice via your Dashboard detailing the care package and type of care required. The client will then receive an invoice and pay for the Care.
