Lovely gentleman about to be discharged from Southampton Hospital after neck surgery – ACCS fusion – removal of disc and fused. Currently some feeling is returning is returning to his hands and feet. This is hoped to dissipate during recovery at home.
Gentleman suffers from Parkinsons and knows which meds he needs and at what times. He carries a Parkinsons pump. He usually uses a Zimmer frame to mobilise and with a little time it is hoped he will regain this ability.
Envisaged times are:
8am: Wash, dry, cream with required creams and assist to get dressed.
8pm: Assist to get Client changed and ready for bed.
This job description is not exhaustive and Carer will have to be able to assist with ad hoc tasks as they arise.
This will be an urgent start. Unsure of the exact date but 8th, 9th, 10th November 2024 are possible start dates.
