live in

I am looking for 2 full time, live in carers to work 2 weeks at at time or more and alternate. My parents live on a beautiful big farm near Wareham. There is a self contained cottage for you to live in during your stay, that is adjacent to their home.

My father has dementia and needs a lot of help ( toilet, dressing and prompts while walking). My mother has been struggling with his decline, has a heart condition and anxiety which makes her challenging at times, she is lovely, but not always easy. We have had carers through an agency, but want to be able to interview you, find the right people and have carers dedicated to staying with them through this difficult end of life stage ( of my father).

You must have experience working with dementia, have DBS checks, references and have a positive, active personality. Someone who likes country living and the farming way of life. I want to know my parents are in good, calm and competent hands.
