Take the leap, Private Carer

Becoming a private carer can be a fulfilling and rewarding experience for many reasons. Firstly, you have the opportunity to make a significant difference in someone’s life and help them with daily tasks that they may not be able to do on their own. This can be incredibly fulfilling and satisfying as you see the positive impact your work has.

Secondly, working as a private carer can offer more flexibility in terms of scheduling compared to traditional care jobs. This allows you to have a better work-life balance and make time for other commitments in your life.

Lastly, working as a private carer can also be financially rewarding as you can set your own rates and potentially earn more than in traditional care jobs. This can allow you to have financial independence and create a career that works for you.

Overall, becoming a private carer can be an excellent career choice for those who are passionate about helping others and want to have more control over their work schedule and earning potential.

To become a private carer with Private Care Dorchester, your first step would be to register with us.  You will go through a stringent vetting process, including ensuring that you have an Enhanced DBS, that your training is in date and that you have the right to work in UK.  We will check your CV and request an interview before we undertake reference checks.  Not every candidate makes it through our stringent vetting process, but many do.

Is it time to set your own rate and be your own boss?  We will guide you through the process of registering with HMRC as self employed.
