I see it very often when we get to this time of year. Children arrive and realise their parents are not coping all that well. They need a little Home Help Dorchester. (my apologies in advance for the Christmas picture in the middle of November).

It is meant to be a joyous and happy time of the year, and for the most part, it jolly well is! But for some, it isn’t.
